This song is about the struggle of living in the moment. Like most things in life, it seems like there is an ebb and flow to each day. Sometimes it seems that there are many things to sort through to get in the moment, and other times it seems like we can just enjoy the time. I have come to believe and experience that the best moments of each day are the ones which are intersected  with love.
